We are Lesley Crowe and Lindsey Kraus.

Our way of working is the WoM blend. The WoM Blend of training has been created by us as the answer to a need we have watched develop amongst our clients - combining language training, communication skills and intercultural awareness.

We are particularly interested in developing a form of training that uses you, our participants, as the best resource. We work in close cooperation with you to construct the course content in a lively, spontaneous and creative way, using real materials and resources from your workplace.

Qualifications

We have extensive training experience in Germany and abroad. Our professional qualifications include CLTC-C (Communication and Language Trainer Certificate – Corporate). This qualification equips language trainers with the necessary skills for the current and future training demands of corporations and was developed by Henkel, Bosch, 3M and SKYLIGHT.

CLTC-C holds ICC Europe Accreditation. The ICC European Language Network, through its accreditation scheme, recognises excellence and best practice in materials, products, and services related to language training.

We are accredited users of the DPI Programme (Developing People Internationally). This is a multimedia intercultural training product created by York Associates and designed to help people working internationally develop their intercultural competences.

Lesley Crowe

Lesley has worked in the business world as a communications trainer for 20 years, specializing in Technical English training and Personal Development training.

Since 2000, she has worked in close cooperation with Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf, developing training programmes, which focus directly on communication skills for the workplace and strongly involve trainees as co-creators of training content.

In 2008 she completed training as a Co-Active CoachTM with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) London, an organisation accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She is a trainer for CLTC-C (Communication and Language Trainer Certificate - Corporate) - a train-the-trainer programme provided by SKYLIGHT GmbH.

Lindsey Kraus

Originally trained in Scotland as a teacher of German, Lindsey spent many years teaching English in state schools. She has been a free-lance trainer of English and German since 2001, working with both corporate and private clients. Her own personal background, coupled with extensive experience of training in- and ex-pats, has led to her particular interest in working with people preparing for foreign assignments and with those already working internationally.

She trained as a Co-active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London and Amsterdam, an organisation accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She acquired her licence to use the globally recognised psychometric test "The International Profiler", TIP, from WorldWork in London and also the IPI, "International Preferences Indicator".
