Well guys, I refused a long time to do a public page, but with increasing demand to post more training & nutrition tips or answering just some questions, and I don’t want to spam my privat accout with this stuff or rather to get on peoples nerves, who doesn’t care about this information, I still made a desicion to do one.

So welcome to my public page!

I’m an economic student, fitness freak and model from Germany/Goettingen. On this side I just want to share MY experience and researches about how to get a healthy lifestyle, a fit body and a happy mind (the most important)!!

It doesn’t mean, that everything I talk about is effective for everyone! Each body/person is different (weight, size, ambitions, preferences etc.) but who wants to know, how it works on me is welcome, and of course also experts who wants helping me on my way!
My knowledge is limited, everything I can, is to motivate you, to show how I go for my dreams and just to give some clues.

In addition I want to use this page for my modeling work & network (I guess it can be good combined with the fitness thing)
