DEKOM is a global operating provider of video, audio and data conferencing solutions with headquarter in Hamburg.

Core business is the sales of video conferencing systems and video conference infrastructure of leading international manufacturers like Cisco (Tandberg), Lifesize, Polycom, Avaya (Radvision and the according accessories.

We’ll be there for you: We provide full service to our customers. Beginning with consulting and installation over ideal adaptation to your working environment up to the maintenance of the systems and training of your employees.

Video conferences have already become a strategic communication medium for companies. They are not only reasonable in an ecological way, but also economise travel costs and increase your productivity!

All our projects were controlled centrally by our headquarters in Hamburg and Barcelona. Service points in Berlin, Madrid, Frankfurt, Munich and Freiburg allow us to react quickly on your demands on-site at anytime.

On manifold customer demand DEKOM is often on-site worldwide in the context of projects/installations/training. In other cases we fall back on our proved partner network. Our partner on-site are exclusively authorised premium video conferencing partner.
