IMOTEX Neuss, als Deutschlands größtes Modecentrum für Pronto Moda im Großhandel, ist seit 1978 fest im Markt etabliert. Mit der Anbindung zur Modestadt Düsseldorf und dem großen Einzugsgebiet ist es ein wichtiger Partner in der Modewelt. Seit 2009 geht das IMOTEX neue Wege und hat sich zukunftsorientiert sowohl konzeptionell als auch visuell neu aufgestellt.
Was Einkäufer brauchen und erwarten, stand bei der Neugestaltung des Hauses im Vordergrund. Das Einkaufen soll effektiv und erfolgreich möglich sein und trotzdem zum Erlebnis werden. Dazu tragen die Qualität des Warenangebots, der Kundenservice, die Informationsmöglichkeiten, aber auch z. B. das gastronomische Angebot bei.
Das IMOTEX hat sich dieser Herausforderung angenommen und bietet Mietern und Einkäufern heute ein Full-Service-Programm. Die moderne Architektur wurde durch das Büro TBI Architecture & Engineering aus Barcelona entworfen und prägt heute schon die meisten Etagen. In den nächsten Jahren wird das Modecentrum komplett fertiggestellt sein.
Ausreichend Parkplätze, ein neues Kommunikationssystem mit vielen Informationen und ein gutes Restaurant lassen das Einkaufen zum Erlebnis werden. „Lust statt Frust“ ist die Devise des IMOTEX.

IMOTEX Neuss, the largest fashion wholesale centre for Pronto moda in Germany, has been firmly established on the market since 1978. It is a significant partner in the fashion world with a good connection to the fashion city Düsseldorf and the large catchment area.
Since 2009, the IMOTEX has been striking up new paths and has restructured itself in a future focussed way, both conceptually and visually.
In redesigning the building, the top focus was put on the needs and expectations of purchasers. Purchasing is to be made possible effectively and successfully, and all the same present an experience. The quality of the range of goods, the customer service, the information possibilities, but also other things like catering contribute to this.
The IMOTEX has risen to the challenge and today provides tenants and purchasers with a full service programme. The modern architecture was designed by the office TBI Architecture & Engineering from Barcelona and today already gives most storeys their typical character. The fashion centre is due to be completely finished in the next years.
Sufficient parking spaces, a new communication system with a lot of information and a good restaurant put the experience into buying. “Enthusiasm not exasperation” is the IMOTEX’s motto.
