RIVA:
RIVA’s new product line combines high-quality IP cameras and IP encoder with integrated video analytics in each product at a price of a standard camera.

Thus bandwidth problems, low computer performance as well as expensive storage belong to the past. "Onboard" video analytics analyses and evaluates

images already before either stored in camera or transferred to management system or for storage. RIVA camera product line covers all variants of Box, Domes, Speed Domes, Bullet and Thermal cameras having resolutions from VGA / D1 to 2 megapixel / 1080P HD as well as video server for operation of analog cameras.

High-quality standard and easily configurable video analytic features marks RIVA cameras as an ideal solution for use in many different security markets.

Each camera of the RIVA series already includes extensive video analytics, upgradable easily and cost-effective with software modules for special applications “Onboard” video analytics analyses and evaluates video images already before either stored in camera or transmitted to management- or storage systems.

This prevents transmitting of large video data, which contain little or no process information, loading network and computer power, not to mention high costs for storage media and hard discs. Thanks to the 3D video analysis it takes only a few minutes until the camera and all functions of analysis are ready to use. The 3D video analysis differentiates between people, vehicles and other objects, thus preventing false alarms caused e.g. by animals.

A self-learning algorithm automatically adapts to environmental changes, ignoring light changes due to cloud formation, artificial light and auto-iris camera operation as well as repetitive movements such as swaying trees or rippling water.
