Spotcap empowers SMEs with tailored finance, allowing them to focus on what really matters - their business. The company applies a sophisticated and dynamic decision process assessing the real-time performance of small businesses to grant short-term loans and credit lines.

Spotcap was launched in September 2014 and now operates in Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, the UK and New Zealand. The company is led by Dr. Jens Woloszczak in Berlin. The team is made up more than 90 people globally, of 22 different nationalities, working across two continents and five different countries.

Spotcap is backed by a number of world-class investors including Rocket Internet - the world's leading global internet platform outside of the US and China, Finstar Financial Group, Access Industries, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Kreos Capital and Heartland Bank.
