Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to redefine the quality and the aesthetics of the traditional Greek food.
We target gastronomy enthusiasts and we want to familiarise them with the excellence of the Greek food.

From top-quality organic Kalamata olives to gourmet Greek cheeses and from hams to single-estate wines, oils and honey, Rises is committed to quality. We support innovative and passionate food producers from all over Greece, in an effort to redefine the quality and aesthetics of the traditional Greek food.

It feels like home

Customers can enjoy three or four freshly prepared Mediterranean dishes every day—all made with the same authentic ingredients found in the shop. Diners can also choose from a selection of Greek wines with their meals. Every Sunday we offer a traditional Greek breakfast, aiming at promoting the gastronomic diversity of our country.

All our products can be elegantly wrapped as gifts. Elegant gift wrapping does more than conceal its contents: it’s another way of showing the recipient that they are special to you.
