Since 2014 I offer the Pantarei Approach bodywork sessions in Berlin.
With this form of Somatic Coaching, I help people to feel more connected with their own strength and to experience their own being more fully. My working method is based on mutual trust, empathy and respect. My workspaces are located in Kreuzberg and Wedding.
Bodywork trusts into the ability of the body to intuitively balance itself. The practitioner’s touch is directing and supporting this process. An increase in life force, in relaxation, clarity and self-confidence allows my clients to realise and plan their life goals more effectively.
