Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a philosophical way of life from ancient India that prescribes conscious living as a key to a spiritual balance. It also includes mindfulness towards fellow human beings, nature and oneself. In the Ayurvedic philosophy the six taste qualities are of major importance. Our herbal, spice and fruit infusions are so balanced in their taste profiles that their enjoyment helps
to maintain the perfect balance of mind and soul. These light, full-flavoured mixtures of timeless wisdom allow inner harmony and let your spirit rise.
Kundalini Yoga
Known as the ‘yoga of awareness’, Kundalini Yoga consists of meditations and exercises that focus on the body’s seven chakras, or energy centres. The word ‘Kundalini’ refers to the coil of energy that exists within each of us, waiting to be released. Kundalini Yoga unlocks the spirit’s potential, enhancing clarity, creativity and awareness. Practiced for thousands of years in the Himalayas, Kundalini Yoga’s secrets finally made their way into the world.
