As a doula, I am dedicated to listening, honoring and supporting mothers and their families. I believe in holding a safe, non-judging, mindful space so that you may be uninhibited in your exploration of pregnancy and birth. My goal is that as you deepen your knowledge of yourself, your body and your baby, you strengthen your own voice. Thus, you empower yourself and continue to advocate for your needs and those of your baby all while you determine your own unique path to birth.
