This aspect of FTC Cashmere has been a priority for owners Jutta and Andreas Knezovic since they founded the business in 2003. Specializing in high-quality, cashmere knits in the premium segment, FTC Cashmere stands for elegant, natural, desirable fashion, and luxury articles as well as for a strong sense of responsibility with respect to fairer, more ethically correct manufacturing conditions.

As founder and CEO of FTC Cashmere, Andreas Knezovic is largely responsible for production in China, where he is affectionately known as “Lao Hu” – big tiger. This term of respect signifies leadership qualities, generosity, courage, and success. His open, ambitious, and genial manner enabled Knezovic to find reliable, strong partners in China. Without these partnerships, business activities in Asia would have been impossible.

Every year, Jutta Knezovic’s design team in Baar, Switzerland (the company’s headquarters) develops a total of eight fashion collections as well as a house-and-home collection. A clear design concept is essential to creating the demand by which high-quality FTC Cashmere products acquire their aura of timeless classics, fashion statements, or much-loved favorites.
