TLS facilities are all certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as GTS Gemeinschaft Thermisches Spritzen e.V. While proposing sustainable solutions for our planet, TLS strives to build success on its ability to design high-quality and innovative solutions.

France - TeroLab Surface SAS focuses on medical implants as well as industrial and aeronautical applications. As leader in the field of surface treatment by thermal spraying and innovator in coatings for Implantable Medical Devices, TLS makes the coatings of cementless orthopaedic implants used in all joint arthroplasties of the human body. Certifications: ISO13485, OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and ISO 17025; COFRAC. Registered FDA guarantees quality and facilitates exportation to the USA.

Germany - TeroLab Surface GmbH in Langenfeld concentrates on the direct cooperation with the original manufacturers and the repair business. Here, primarily new components are furnished with specific functional coatings.
The goal is to support their partners in the preservation and longevity of components. TLS shapes its production processes and workflows in such a way that it is consistent with the preservation of our natural resources.
The Langenfeld site has the following certifications: Quality Management (DIN EN ISO 9001), Environmental Management (DIN EN ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management (BS OHSAS 18001), and Energy Management (DIN EN ISO 50001).

Germany - TLS Anilox GmbH in Salzkotten. The core competence of TLS Anilox is the production of anilox rolls and sleeves, whose laser engraving and finishing are outstanding for the printing and coating industry.
