Hey everyone, for those who don`t know me yet, let me introduce myself first. My name is Mark Warnecke, born on February 15th 1970 and surprisingly at the age of 35 years I won the world championship in Montreal - my third and last victory of a world championchip. For this reason I am still the oldest world champion in breaststroke-swimming ever. However, in spite of 31 victories of German championships, a bronze medal of the Olympic Games and many world records I don`t see myself only as a competitive athlete. As a studied doctor and for personal reasons I analyzed amino acids during my time as a competitive swimmer. So I kept myself busy to the topic of sports nutrition - AMSPORT was born. This gained knowledge on the one hand helps other competitive athletes to an increased performance as well as a better regeneration and on the other hand it supports people with weight problems to lose some pounds without suffering the yo-yo effect.
